◾️Order Process
Order → Payment Confirmation → Order Confirmation → Shipment → Delivery
※Due to our warehouses being located overseas, there may be a delay in reflecting out-of-stock status. If an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, we will process a cancellation and refund for that item at the "Order Confirmation" stage.
※Upon receipt of your items, please ensure you check for any discrepancies or defects within 5 days. We cannot accept returns after this period.
◾️Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 10 to 21 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery will follow within approximately 1 to 3 days.
※For domestic delivery within Japan.
※If an order is returned to the sender due to a long-term absence, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
◾️Shipping Fees
Flat rate of 800 JPY nationwide (free on orders over 10,000 JPY)
※The final cost may be lower depending on the application of coupons or promotions.
◾️Coupons
When using a coupon, please ensure it has been applied (via the specific URL or coupon code) before proceeding to checkout. Please be particularly careful when using Apple Pay or Google Pay, as failing to apply the coupon before finalizing payment is a common issue.
◾️Cancellations
In principle, we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Please verify your order details thoroughly before purchasing.
※If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us before your order has shipped. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.
◾️Returns
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, we will offer a return for a refund or an exchange (unless the item is out of stock).
To request a return, please contact us via our official LINE or through the inquiry form within 5 days of receipt.
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・If tags or other accessories have been removed or are missing
・If the item has been used even once
・If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days of our reply (including cases due to incorrect email addresses)
・For customer convenience (including mismatch in image or size)
・Due to minor errors, wrinkles, fraying, or stains
・Due to defective packaging
If we are unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, and we receive no response to our emails for over one month (including cases due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, etc.), the items will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
